This has been happening to me before Sunday. My big Dumb A-Word shouldve known not to turn around and try to deposit $180 after they pulled that stunt on my deposit before that one.

Have you guys, from your experience, ever seen a company lose access to their internal data/tools for over 24 hrs without it being caused by something outside the system?
Thatās the part i find most concerning and the part i struggle to see as possible
But Iām not intelligent enough on that area to know for sure

Iāve definitely defended you guys in the past because I can relate to working under pressure in IT, but you have to give your paying customers a better update than āweāre still working on itā.
Thereās got to be an ETA with repercussions if not met, in form of free play or bonus funds or you will lose thousands of customers to your competitors.
Now i have to go to my local casino to place sportsbets because my withdrawal i already received that was initiated on Sunday is still pending, so i canāt deposit any funds

We need to make sure to get information on how much they are going to compensate us all for this debacle as well. Donāt let them gloss over that and be like hey we are back enjoy bye.

I understand that. All Iām saying is itās odd that they accepted my deposit instantly last night with no issues, but a withdrawal doesnāt work the same way.

That kinda goes with any business unfortunately. Theyāll take your money in an instant, but refunds and credit take a few business days. I get itās not exactly apples to apples, but I never understood why businesses are like that anyway.
I know thatās right been checking for updates and the little red dot for two days or maybe even the funds I deposited
Yeah I live I a state where I drive 15 min and Iām at 4 different casinos. I play online cause itās convenient they will for sure lose me if my deposit doesnāt show up. I play online every single day hundreds into thousands a week I would spend less at the casino to be honest.
Ive defended them in the past as well Ive never really had many issues with bovada but as of right now their slowly sidestepping into that "shady " area just give me my $180 and i dont want no "bonus funds " either i didnt put a promo in when i deposited my money so i shouldnt have to "rollover " anything !
