Generally no, but that’s also assuming a centralized system with localized access, but given the global nature of their business, with many geological issues like legality and others, it is possible that something has happened to their server location… BUT, the fact that the sites remain up and functioning (as well as they do) is very interesting considering the loss of access to other systems, but those could be hosted somewhere differently than the sites themselves (web hosts).
@CameronStrauss8 , It appears that our Customer Support team would need to have one of your transaction confirmed from their end. Once Customer Service live chat has been restored, they will definitely get you sorted.
This has become so laughable at this point. Imagine any business where there is no customer service access for over two days lol. Best part is no explanation for what really happened to cause this. Every company has backup servers, especially for employee facing technology. Company I work for if we don’t have access for an hour people freak out rarely does it last long

There would be more urgency- if there was still a problem taking deposits. But they fixed that part so they can operate. So functioning normally again…less urgency to solve for the people in limbo…dang

Ask management about compensation for the customers as well. Haven’t been able to deposit because my account is virtually locked by a pending withdrawal. Can’t bet the playoffs can’t use the site now 2 days. Everyone who has made deposits in the past week or so should be getting compensation. A large amount too for the seriousness of the issue. Get us some news on that as well.
I think once deposits have cleared, best case scenario so that their CS lines don’t get bombarded, they issue like $100 bonus, post a banner message, and send a player message saying sorry for the inconvenience we’re all good to go now.
Pretty much they stole my $181 via BCH. Funny thing is my deposit before that went missing and they credited me with “bonus funds” but guess what the bonus funds came with a "ROLLOVER REQUIREMENT " YAYYYYYYY whoo hooooooo
