ABSOLUTELY WILD!! We were told our funds were safe yesterday. So in mine and I hate to speak for others (I’m assuming they’re ok with it.) minds that would mean our deposits were and are what would be considered “ACCOUNTED FOR”!!
MY POINT IS if I am in communications with a Customer Service Representative and they ask me (AFTER I VERIFY MY ACCOUNT) what method did you use and you give them that information. They should be able to find my transaction at that time.
ANY half competent individual would/should/could find said transactions by a simple timeframe and the verification of the account by said customer/player. SOOOO. The only reason they are asking for all of us to go back and send them blockchain receipts and confirmations is very simple and straightforward. They don’t have any idea who deposited what. After sending them my deposits and confirming the crypto has reached its destination. I was told I DID NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT LOL

Cmon you guys just stop the bleeding and come out with a true up front and honest statement. It will go ALOT further with your current customer!
