I understand the issue, I’ve had funds stuck in limbo for hours before and it sucks but the funds always eventually arrive. The timing of that is random and CS has no clue either so they’re gonna give you generic answers until the one software engineer writing all the code finds the problem and fixes it

Yeah I get it, this is a big issue. They’ll reimburse everyone on the site including me even though I didn’t really have any issues
You described a part of the issue:
there are thousands of us who made a withdrawal on Sunday night, and now are unable to make any deposit or cancel the withdrawal - so all our funds/bonuses/points are held hostage…
There are multiple issues, lots of money not being honored, it’s a massive mess

I understand… it’s happened to me before and it’s happened on this site before. I don’t work for Bovada I’m just saying I’ve been here for years and this isn’t the first time… CS and mods can’t do anything about it tho so why waste your own time is all I’m saying.

It happened a few months ago in November… I wasn’t affected but they still added like $20 of reward points to everyone’s account

I’ve dealt with plenty of their issues over the years, normally the site just breaks for a few hours, they fix it in the same day.
This is a 3 day event now where people don’t have the money they deposited, thousands of dollars just sitting in limbo, really low confidence and communication
By far the worst I’ve seen it

I miss those days where they gave reward points weekly based on your play. Would come out it like 300k or 200k points every few days… man the good ol days

- Make an ETH deposit
- Withdraw via ETH
I haven’t tried other cryptocurrencies but wanted to share this in case it helps with some resolution @moderators

Yeah it sucks and I agree the multiple days of it being down is really alarming… the reward points are useless now since they took out all the jackpot sit and go’s and it seems like the last 5 days I’ve done the scratch card is 5,000 points each time. Really annoying

They should auto cancel any transaction that’s been pending over 24 hours. Idk why they can’t figure that part out

The transactions aren’t pending. They are fully confirmed. Bovada received the money
