I don’t know how many will understand this analogy but I think what happened with deposits on Sunday was essentially like when your fishing with a bait caster (open faced fishing real) and you get a really bad birds nest(backlash, the line in the reel tangling all the way to the bottom, an absolute cluster****) sometimes when it’s really bad it takes a long time to clear it out and fix it. Sometimes you even throw the whole thing in the corner for a minute and come back to it. You get it worked out though eventually. Does it suck. Yes. But it’s not undoable.

It’s amazing such bad business practices. Hosts should be emailing us saying sorry and managing relationship. They have email access even if have to use personal email. The customer service at this place is mind blowing.

Thats the thing they dont care about the customer. Think about it like this if they actually "cared " about us why are we sitting here complaining about the customer service in the first place?

A customer complaining about “customer service” think about it youve answered yourself already. They dont care about us. If it walk like a duck quack like a duck , what is it ? A duck!

I just smashed my TV in front of 30 guests at my party because of this website. My wife just took our crying kids and said they’re all spending the week at a hotel. This website has ruined my life and my party. I can’t handle this anymore. Goodbye Bovada. I am no longer a customer.

This is a place that supposedly pays out 1mm jackpots meaning revenue annually is in the millions and they don’t have back up servers or websites to send us too to avoid long outages? And they don’t have customer service at all for over two days? It’s unreal

Once the hosts are able too, they will definitely extend their deepest apologies for the inconveniences that have occurred. Although they are unable to send these messages at the moment, they will make it up to you during your one-on-one calls.

Thats what in saying to you all they dont "care " about us at all. They just want your money and to say F you. If i had paying customers or better yet if you had pying customers would you treat them like Bovada??? Answer yourself that question and see where this website puts your “worth”
