Think about it. The hosts can’t reach out so they don’t even have personal email? In this situation I would be doing all I can to assure customers including emailing or calling from my personal devices.

Its a sad reality so do yourself a big favor and stop beating around the bush "hoping " this website gives a Da** about you. If that were the case, why is the most crucial part of the company (access to CS) restricted/disabled? Seems like a priority to fix is the ability for customers to contact CS, but instead of focusing on that you all primarily focused on being able to continue depositing so of course you can lure customers in to continue playing before resolving the issues

Has the issue been fixed yet? Has my deposit finally gone through? I remember when I first placed my deposit, I was only 19 years old and my son was just born. He’s heading out to university today, hopefully when he graduates this issue is resolved

@Lezzie_Bovada I made a withdrawal for $200 (id: f174bcn9s) on Sunday (4/20/25). I received the $200 in my crypto exchange but Bovada still shows still in progress 2 days later. Can you cancel the in progress so I can deposit again?
