So this has been going on since Sunday?
That alone is crazy! Why not just shut down the full site with an estimated time of going back live! You got people trying to call and basically no bonuses have been given to any “Crypto Exclusive Members” - saying “Guaranteed”. Then you have the scratch thing that’s also down. Along with individuals that are VIP Players not getting any sort of follow up or email from Bovada.
What kind of Customer Service is this? What is it that you’re trying to accomplish other than upsetting people and keeping everyone in the dark?
When will the “selling” & “buying” tabs be opened under marketplace? Are there any other sport books that offer a similar marketplace?

They were saying earlier that some transactions were going through whether they were debit card or Bitcoin I’m not sure but they said that some transactions actually went through today
One guy even said that his account had money added to it like $3 and he don’t know where it came from this is all sounding weird
