I deposited to bit coin and haven’t seen my money in 2 days

I am sorry for the delayed response. We are currently still working on having the issues resolved and sadly it is causing a delay in deposits being credited to accounts. No worries, once our systems are back up and fully functional, you’ll be good to go.
Just like when I go into chat to ask for free play, not one agent can ever just be up front. Hate that ring around the rosy just to tell me no. Like its okay to say no. Its okay to say , hey bovada players, were bout to take crap for couple days dont bother depositing.
I mean every game i play gives me an error 1 or 2 spins in. its all shit just tell me its shit

A few issues:
I am glad service is back now! However, I can not make a withdrawal due to a pending withdrawal requested on Sunday night. I reached out to CS but they could not help.
This pending withdrawal is also blocking me from making deposits. That means I am losing on the crypto bonuses and other bonuses (scratch card, cash back).
Can you please cancel the withdrawal or credit it?
This situation is crazy - having no access to my funds!
