Some of the issues have indeed been resolved, and we’ve made progress on our end, though I understand it may not be immediately apparent. There is still a lot to be done, but we are actively working to fix everything. We are hopeful that we’ll be fully back up and running in a short time.

Why is my deposit still not in 1 took 3 days then I picked wrong bound with the points an can’t use an my other deposit won’t come now thought it was good

Hello @Paul_Bovada can you please help with my withdrawal that’s been stuck in a pending status? I, like others, have had this stuck for days now and it is severely hampering me.

I can’t cancel this I’m afraid, it is already in pending state, you will need to wait for it to be processed.

I know you can only estimate… but are we talking hours? days?

I hear you. It’s just really frustrating. I essentially can’t do anything until this is resolved.

I made a withdrawal via voucher around 21 hours ago when the message on the site said current transactions were no longer effected by the delay. It says the voucher was processed however I still haven’t received the email. Can I get some help?
