It was literally activated right around the time I posted this, so it’s very recent. Just a heads-up though: there may be long wait times as a lot of players are likely trying to get through at the same time.

Quick Update – Current Status

Here’s what we know as of right now:

  • :black_joker: Scratch Cards and Crypto Perks are still not being credited due to the ongoing issue. The team is aware and actively looking into it.
    :money_with_wings: Missing Deposits has been posted**, but if yours hasn’t been, please reach out to us or Support.
  • :repeat: Withdrawals remain pending. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite or cancel them at this time—they will be processed just like the deposits, once everything is fully resolved.
  • :speech_balloon: Live Chat is back online, but email support is still under maintenance. Please note, chat wait times may be long due to high volume, but we’ll assist you as quickly as we can.

This is all we know as of now.

Think it’s being misunderstood here. The issue isnt the scratch cards being credited. The issue is the scratch card itself has been “down for maintenance” for almost 10 hours now.
