Unfortunately the only thing customer service can tell you is “to be patient”. They have no access to the people resolving this issue and no updates. There is no sense of urgency or even an acknowledgment of the pain this is causing.

What can I do to get my $200 stuck withdrawal to go through and then withdraw the rest of my money which I can’t do with a stuck withdrawal really starting to think that the thousand dollars still sitting here as good as gone it’s bullshit?

Just so everyone aware of how they are making up for this…I was offered just $50 with a 20x rollover for not having any of my crypto perks added. My self lock cashback would have been way more than that and only had to play through 1x. Customer service at Bovada continues to be disappointing even when they know they are at fault…
This is going on day 4 with no end in sight. Can’t sell on Marketplace because it’s shut down and can’t withdraw by crypto because it gets stuck in pending status!!
What in the world are we suppose to do??

Well luckily i hit the daily hot drop jackpot few days back and got most of my 17k winnings off of the $1 slot I was playing withdrawed. My last one is still oending and it wont let me do any further withdraw or deposits now. Sucks
