A review of the withdrawal shows that it was approved and sent from our end. It’s currently pending confirmation on the Bitcoin network. I’ll send you a PM with a link so you can monitor the transaction.
My guess is that based on the weekend issues being resolved 3 days later, that the crypto perks won’t be resolved until tomorrow and the mega scratch card will be resolved by Friday morning. Maybe.
Customer support doesn’t have any knowledge or tools to do anything either…that is not helpful to recommend chatting with them. Have had multiple conversations with them that went nowhere.
Can cs just clear the withdrawl…cant deposit until it is. Super annoying…i dont even care if i recieve the damn thing…
On another note…
The Mega Scratch Card has become completely worthless to me.
When it first started last year, would get 100k in points quite often and never getting lower than 20k.
I could actually see the decline in points over the last couple of months.
The last 14 days I’ve scratched, only 5k EACH TIME!!
Absolutely no way this is random, especially when there are 8 possible awards.
So are we getting another 100k in reward points?
What they should do is give us bonus mega scratch cards. Like an extra card or 3 or something
They need to give us some more reward points sice we cant get our money to play and cant deposit cause of the pending withdraw
just wish they wouldnt have took them down. My guess is people who were making deposits and doing what they needed to do weren’t getting credited but people who already had cards to scratch could do so. So people who were already credited getting boned right now. Supposedly if we miss out on our cards we will be reimbursed. Can’t wait to jump through hoops for that though lol

I’ve been trying to cash out since the weekend as well but still no luck. I was able to test a player transfer with a previous buyer yesterday and it looks like that option still works.
