Is the Mega Scatch card “down for maintenance “ or just part of this whole issue where Nothing is working? If it’s down for maintenance…is there an ETA To its return? @moderators
if you already qualified for cards it seemed to be working fine throughout this whole mess. I dont think anyone beyond that was qualifying for new cards. So it was taken down. Which sucks for people who actually had cards to use. Hopefully fixed soon

Hey @Brooke_Bovada , what happens if the mega scratch card issue isn’t resolved and it’s 12amET and rolls over into the next qualifying day? Are we going to be able to scratch 2 times or does it add up?

I still havent seen a PM about my withdrawl i just made. Where is it? I was told withdrawls were fixed. Anyone else having the same problem?
If that turns out to be the case, the team will advise us on how it will be handled. In the meantime, they’re actively working to restore service, and we’re starting to see some progress on our end.
