So are we ever going to get an explanation for what went wrong? I lost a ton on what would have been winners this weekend.

They have no idea what’s going on or what happened
That’s why you keep just seeing the same response from moderators over and over again
And worse, their customer service is so poor they have no intentions to making it right besides “sorry, thanks for patience”

The Bovada platform has been down for nearly three days, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. The company continues to avoid giving any real explanation of what’s actually happening, instead repeating the same vague, canned responses. A $100 bonus was issued as a gesture, but that doesn’t come close to addressing the frustration and financial impact—especially for hosted players who have yet to receive anything that was promised and guaranteed.

What’s even more frustrating is being told things are still “under review” when these items were supposed to be guaranteed upon resumption of service. The delay is bad enough—but the repeated, hollow messaging about “understanding our frustration” and “funds being secure” is only making things worse. People want real answers, not PR statements.

Where is the accountability? How can the tech or IT team not have a handle on this after three days? This is a major platform handling real money and real people’s time. If something has gone seriously wrong, we deserve to be told what it is—clearly and honestly.

We’re not asking for sympathy—we’re asking for truth, accountability, and resolution. Enough with the scripted responses. Start communicating like a company that values its players.

Paul was saying earlier he could look into crypto rewards that werent issued by 48h, can you do that for me my deposit 10/21 at 1031am pst just past 48h

I deposited yesterday and it came in fairly quick. Just not sure how to move the money back out with the delays.
