the ones that were done during the issues still may have problems… the ones after they got somewhat up and running have been largely ok.
Well mine was done after everything was supposed to be fixed. What is going on with your deposit? Is it on the blockchain with 0 confirmations?

Of course they did nothing. Saw on forum was asked to PM @moderators about missing crypto rewards/perks and then was told by moderators in the PM, “there is nothing we can do”…
Uhh then why ask people to PM

well if they actually sent yours then yeah you have to wait for it to confirm. Mine hasn’t been sent at all.
it was working fine sunday and monday night so not sure why they had to put it offline

im not sure but i can imagine its set up in a way where once you initiate it theres no cancelling it. that happens for individuals who send out transfers on some exchanges and it gets stuck until its accepted. not sure how much control they have because usually the payment processor is a separate company my guess is they just enter the details and hit send without control after that

my understanding of how it works is actually initiating the transfer broadcasts it to the blockchain and is irreversible at that point until it is mined so whatever fee was broadcasted has to be mined into a block (confirmation)
So what’s up with the host situation? Like what are they even doing then during the last few days? Are they not able to reach to us at all? That really doesn’t make sense as they have all of our information and pretty much defeats the purpose of being hosted and having a personalized experience. @moderators
