The Domain Name System (DNS) turns domain names into IP addresses, which browsers use to load internet pages. Every device connected to the internet has its own IP address, which is used by other devices to locate the device.
Caching in simple terms means you have a stored version of the site loaded on your computer via cookies. So in essence, it makes the site load immediately until you clear your cookies or your full cache. So you could see old versions of the site if the cookie became corrupt and didn’t update.
Account log in is what it is, meaning you may have issues logging in.
Responsiveness of website is the speed, so they are saying it may be slow. The more people trying to log in at the same time will slow things down. It’s like going into a store through a door, only so many people can go in at the same time. Of course on the net, it’s a lot more but at times it does it get clogged up and will go slow.

Completely agree…how can a site with BTC falling out of their pockets lack the infrastructure to run and maintain the website? It was either negligence or a ransomware attack nothing in between.

At this time we are experiencing an outage of our services. We deeply regret this inconvenience this has caused you. We value you as a client and at this time we don’t have an exact or approximate eta of when our services will be back up and running. At this time we believe the issue is surrounding our latest upgrade and we are going through the coding to find the error to bring things back online as we have for the last 20 years.
Your money is safe, we aren’t going anywhere and rest assured we will make this right by our clients. What that’s going to look like we don’t know at this time but it will be something that hopefully makes you happy.
We’ll have more updates as we have them and again, we apologize for this inconvenience.

Explain the real issue
Give a real estimate of time
Reassure even of the issue that your money is safe and how they will make it right.

Dude his concerns are his concerns every one reacts differently to situations, this is beyond messed up scenario we are in 3 days now, I’m glad you are nurturing and protective of the mods but that’s you Ace can rant all he wants if he wants and you can say your peace 
but don’t tell a man he should do this or do that and vice versa it’s a Community correct 1 that you say you helped build don’t be that guy.
Scenario 1
3 guys standing under bridge, Drunk guy on top decides to take a piss. Everyone below is peed on by no fault on their own guy 1 is pissed goes up and cussed drunk out Guy 2 goes up and voices his concerns but doesn’t really blame the drunk cause he understands being drunk and having to drain the main vein and besides he didn’t know people were directly under him . Guy 3 doesn’t even move just watches the others reaction and finally gets annoyed and tells his buddies I actually enjoy getting a golden shower !! Moral of the story every one reacts differently to the same situation
