Personally I donât think itâs going to be up for awhile and perhaps this should be a learning lesson for Bovada to have a back up site for clients to access while the main site is being upgrading.
This way when they upgrade the back up site, they will know of any issues before upgrading it as well and the main site will be up and available.

Im not an IT genius but isnt this common practice (and kinda should be obvious) for entities near the size of bovada
All the failed timed frames certainly indicate a much longer outage

Amazing how now mods are on to answer questions. Sounds to me like this has nothing to do with software updates. Definitely a hack

I doubt it was a hack. This affected Bovada and all sister sites the same. Sister sites are back up and running. A mod already said Bovada would take longer to reach that point because of the sports aspect.

I donât think they were useless at all. Did they say the same thing essentially? Yes. Think about it this way. Letâs assume they hadnât said ANYTHING for over 36 hours, the responses would have been FAR worse and people would have thought they closed shop, ran off with the money, etc. If youâd have honestly been fine with them not tweeting for 36 hours I promise you are in the minority. Iâve been browsing the comment section and there are a lot of toxic folks in there! If they had said nothing for 36 hours, those folks heads would explode!

Even with the tweets, there a ton of people on this forum alone that think the money is gone and they ran off in the night. Humorous to say the least.
