Considering Marketplace is closed I have to assume there are still deposit issues?

Regarding the marketplace being closed, this may be due to a different reason unrelated to the deposit issue. If any known issue arises, we will make an official post to keep everyone informed. I’m still having trouble with deposits. I’ve tried using Bitcoin and Bitcoin lightning and even tried to open a chat with customer service twice (I get alerted that the person helping has entered the chat but after the introduction they say nothing more no matter how long I wait) , and this is the farthest I’ve gotten :

It doesn’t appear that we were able to replicate this issue on our end. In this case, we suggest trying some basic troubleshooting steps to see if they resolve the problem you’re experiencing.
We recommend:
- Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa).
- Clearing your browser history, cache, and cookies for all time.
- Trying a different web browser.

I am trying to deposit and I can NOT! It is not working on 2 different devices!
Same issue I had. Deposited earlier this morning and went back again later and I just get this now. Tried all the normal triage. It’s not a caching issue or device if it’s happening to numerous of us.

It seems to be sporadic. It will work at one point then a few hours later or next morning it won’t work. Nothing is smooth by any means.
Intermittent issues like this can definitely be frustrating, especially when the behavior is inconsistent and we completely understand your point, the team are always working hard to fix all the issues. im having some issues with a BCH deposit really familiar with it been using for a long time. It has been over a 4h delay on my deposit 2 first agents said to wait that they could see it , just a matter of time! Done waiting so contacted customer service again. Now they telling me that they dont see my deposit what is this? It looks like the previous issue during superbowl week . please help
