Deposit issue June 3rd

For 2 days now, deposit is not working. The scratch card is also not available. Lately there are so many issues with the site. How are we supposed to trust this site?

We’ve reported the issue and the team has confirmed they are currently working on it. At this point, we just need to wait for an update, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Is this issue going to be fixed anytime soon?

:yellow_circle: Hey guys, as per the team, the issue has now been resolved. However, the page may require a logout/login along with clearing cache and cookies to fully reset.

Please try these steps before attempting to deposit again, as it may not work correctly without them. Thanks very much! :yellow_circle:

I cleared all cache and cookies and I also logged out and logged in again, but I’m still unable to deposit using any of the deposit methods.

This has been an issue for me. Deposit issue for at least 4 days now.

Hi @Sydney027 There was a temporary issue with the deposit menu, which has already been reported. We’re now receiving confirmations that it is working again. Could you please refresh the page and try again, and let us know if you’re still experiencing any issues?

Hey, I’m still unable to use any of the deposit methods. I tried refreshing the page and even used a different phone.
