Casino has been messed up since late last night

Like 90% of the time or takes you sooner weird screen that day free mode or real play then when you click real play it kicks you out

Even when you’re logged in

The casino side of Bovada is completely messed up. Unplayable since yesterday :eyes:

When logged in, it still appears that I’m not logged in. When trying to access casino games, it prompts me to play for real or for free, as if I’m not logged in.
Only workaround I’ve found is to log out the log back in.

I’m having all kinds of issues with the slots too. Not to mention they have been awful as far as payout for the last 2 weeks. Literally pathetic. Also, the new display is total garbage.

Since Reel Wheel XL jackpot is so high. I played a 170 spins and didnt get 1 free spin. Something is always going on with the casino

They arent paying out anything and everyday some kind of maintence is going on.

Knowing that there is a problem with the casino, you shouldn’t be allowing people to still gamble. The RTP is definitely no where close to what is described. Actually there is none at the moment.

Btc went from 120$k to 85$k. Change the site up a bit get people frustrated and flustered lose your balance. I’m trying to ignore it and stay focused. Hopefully its fixed soon

It’s not a display issue. When we click the casino link it logs us out. All the other links up top work, and we stay logged in (sports, live dealer, poker, horses) it is when we click casino that we are logged out. If it was JUST a display issue, we wouldn’t be logged out when navigating through the site. I understand there is ALSO a display issue, but to say that all of this is a display issue is incorrect.

Please give us an UPDATE! Ibrought this issue to customer service…4 TIMES! I was told every single time that it was me, Bovada not having any issues. I wasted hours trying to convince u it was not me. Give us an update or compensation, something!

There haven’t been any updates as yet, we’re afraid. In the meantime, we recommend continuing to try the various troubleshooting steps to help resolve or minimize the issue, such as clearing your browser history for ā€œAll time,ā€ switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi, using a different device, or logging in through a new incognito window.

I did ALL OF THAT, HUNDREDS OF TIMES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I had something similar and was told I was the only one. Funny how the marketplace is now temporarily closed and moderators aren’t available. They pass us off to CS to wait on their generic script about troubleshooting. Anyone received any kind of bonus/rewards play for the issues yet? We should be requesting that they do something for those who’ve been affected and contacting them for days now. Getting old
