Display Issue Dec 3rd

I had that issue yesterday and today was able to login and play but had games crashing and/or freezing mid spin. Insane!

Yeah my sign in looks like that but on other pages it has the old/original smaller text.

This issue is very unsettling to to many of us. The constant interruptions to our play on this site is at the very least, disturbing.
The updates to your system does not give the end users very much confidence in using this platform whether it’s slots, poker or sports wagering.
Once and for all, make this right for the players.

Exactly! Bovada will happily continue taking our money while aware of numerous issues. Shame on me for depositing and playing today. The games that where working would freeze mid spin and ultimately I had to refresh the game each time to find either a blank screen or complete reboot of the game. None of the games where hitting and I lost 400.00 in about 25 minutes.

I was also told they didn’t correlate. Do you know the symbol values? I’ll have to pay attention when I scratch it off later.

I can sign in if i go ā€œincognitoā€ in Chrome. Then, im able to access and play a few games. BOOK OF TREASURES AND BOOK OF DARKNESS…thats it so far. All i usually play is Book of Osiris and Faded

Has there been 72 straight hours in the last 2 years when there isnt at least one issue with Bovada??

Hi @Tdyz_123, upon checking, only the games on Wingo are affected by this casino issue, and it is still being looked into. Other casino games are working fine. If you experience issues with any other games, please let us know so we can forward the information to the relevant team, but please send us a PM along with a screenshot. I’ve never had such a bad 48 hours of play in years of using Bovada :frowning:

Even after troubleshooting around all the display issues. So many of the games I regularly play had errors while I was playing - freezing, reloading, timing/graphics/sounds messed up. I played through over $600 over the course of last 48 hours and not only was it the most frustrating experience but I’ve never experienced so few ā€œwinsā€ but bonuses/scatters/free spins were impossible to hit.

Usually I’d blame bad luck, but then come to see the message this evening on the casino homepage that problematic games were ā€œremovedā€ while they are fixed. Coincidentally several I had been playing and play regularly.

I’m sure I’m not the only one that played these games during the problems during this time. Some compensation - rewards, bonuses, etc. would really be appreciated!!!
