I placed a wager and it posted twice. Exact same wager. I need some assistance customer service is horrible. Posting for MOD help.
Next time that happens. Check your open bets to make sure the 1st one went thru even though you didnt get the confirmation. Then log out and check again. If balance is the same then replace your bet. If not youll get charged twice and chances are the wager will lose

Understood. At this time, there are no further actions that can be taken regarding those wagers, as this has already been communicated to you previously.
Duplicated wagers always lose lol. Never seen anyone win a duplicated wager and complain they only wanna get paid for one.
Sometimes when that happens which is rare you should just bet the opposite to offset it might lose a little juice but better than getting smacked. I used to think 
the system had inside information on a few wagers like that provoking you to think you should re submit it so you lose twice lol
