I cant get thru to any agent on chat, im geting error validation, i sent my bitcoin deposit 30 mins ago, do i just wait?

they should refund crypto transactions to the address recieved in these situations or manually credit the funds… because they move the money and dont even make sure the account is credited before they empty the wallet… i made two deposits and they emptied the wallet and my account has not been credited… :frowning:

also you should disable crypto deposits too ,-, if this is an on going issue why are deposits still greenlighted

What is compensation plan for this? Im down a crap ton of money over the past month and all my tennis bets i wanted to bet are winning but i cant get any action since my deposit is in limbo

Made a deposit and the money was taken from my card however it’s not reflected in my account. Any timeline of when it will be available?

It’s also frustrating that I can see the money taken from my account but don’t see the transaction in my history.

Spoke to agent, they raised a ticket with Financial dept. Still waiting on my funds

at least a dozen times…anywhere from a few hours to a week. First step they will turn back on the magic accept deposits button so you’ll see loads of people deposit and have money credited before they fix the missing depos

Doubtful; pretty sure they will refer us to chat or even ask us to reach out to the “bonus team”, travesty of a department.
