I understand and thank you for the $30 but having to wait 15 hours and continuing is absurd. During this wait time many bets could have been won.

I made two depoist and they dont recfect my accounty

I also have this same issue made a voucher deposit its telling me ite redeemed . Can they fix this and chat support is nonexistent lol

At the moment we’re still working on having this resolved.

What about player transfer ? I’m still waiting on mines shouldn’t that be easier to recover ?

Player transfer also were affected. We’re working on having those credited as well.

i had the same problem lol, but i didnt risk it with a deposit like 250 i deposited like 45 dollars with card, and it said verification invalid, but it took my money out of my account lol thats wild and now the card option disappeared i havent contacted them about it tho

I know that you guys are having issues. But this is absurd. I really hope there’s some sort of compensation for this madness. I have deposited money into my account and is still showing “0”. And this is not the only problem you guys are having games are glitching out in the middle of win’s. Please fix these issues.

I thought everything was back working now. How come I still can’t receive player transfers or withdraw to my crypto wallet ???

We’re truly sorry about these issues @Palma29, the issue has been mitigated and we’re working on crediting all transactions as soon as possible. Regarding compensation, please bear in mind that we do not handle compensation on the Community. This is something that is normally looked into by Customer Support.

Some transactions that occurred during the outage will need to be credited manually and we’re working on this @Freegameodie.

No I understand that. I’m speaking on right now I wasn’t able to receive a player transfer just a couple minutes ago & lightning withdrawals are pending when they’re usually instant

At the moment there’s no timeline unfortunately.

so it could be a week from now, you dont have a rough estimate, i dont like that while you take our money make mistakes like this more than once a year its gonna happen again too this year i know that much, you act like you dont know an estimated time line with this has happened many times before albeit in a different fashion, but this is not the first time this has happened, to not have an estimated time frame…

We wouldn’t want to speculate when providing a timeframe but rest assure that our team is working on having all the transactions credited.
