No, just talked to an agent. Just said the address I sent it to wasn’t provided by them. Money seems to be gone in the wind. My deposit was $600 too, this sucks. I’ve been with them for a long time, HOF status.
I will say I am never depositing another cent on this website if I don’t get my money.

From your screenshot, it looks the CS agent is being defensive because he really doesn’t know. He has no records because the higher ups like Bovada Tech or Bovada Financial people has not informed customer support about anything specific. He does not have access to the cryptocurrency wallet that generates deposit address for the customer.
I have chatted with four different CS agents, the first three were airheads who replied with feel-good boilerplate responses. But the last one was serious and honest, not that he found a way to credit my BTC deposit yesterday, but he was honest that it was gonna be a lot of work to correctly update cryptocurrency deposits by his higher ups.
Enough apologies, this isn’t your personal fault. I appreciate you at least trying to sympathize. What we need is information.
I have played in Bovada for several years, using cryptocurrency. Missing deposit credit for over 36 hrs. never happened to me before. As far as you know, what happened to Bovada yesterday that deposits, mostly cryptocurrency but also some credit card and matchpay and voucher did not get credited?

What we do know is that a failure caused certain deposits to get stuck in processing instead of posting automatically. That’s why the Payments team now has to go through those transactions.
Something very similar happened last year (I don’t have the exact date), and in that case all affected deposits were eventually posted once the review was completed. Based on past incidents, the usual timeframe has been around 24–48 hours, sometimes a bit longer depending on volume. I know that’s far from ideal, especially for players who’ve been using crypto for years without ever seeing this happen before.
I am sorry, that I do not have more precise timeline, but that’s genuinely all the confirmed information we’ve been given so far.
