Still haven’t gotten anything for me either. I talked to chat support and they’re claiming the address I sent it to wasn’t provided by them.
When I sent my BTC, I clicked the Funds Sent button but got an error message. I don’t recall the message, but I know it wasn’t very detailed.
When did this happen please?
Yes I got a similar message on Feb 3rd, I selected the 50% bonus and sent my funds to the address but then it said something like error retrieving message/detail or something like that, so now almost 48 hours later, I am still missing my initial $305 deposit plus the 50% bonus and have only been given $44.39 to my account so far
And it is damn near impossible to get in contact with an agent in the virtual chat, and have not had a response to my email sent on Feb 3rd either

Had the same exact issue. I sent the funds to the address provided, and the clicked funds sent and it said error.
Still haven’t gotten anything on my end either.
Got in contact with another agent.
Asked me a list of questions,
- What is your internet provider?
- Mobile/Desktop/What browser?
- Time stamp
- Screen shot of deposit.
Sent everything over and they said they’ll reach back out in another 24-48 hours.
It’s already been 48 hours and counting and they want another 24-48 hours.

Yeah one of the agents kept claiming the address was wrong. I literally copied and pasted it… lol
When I clicked it, I got an error I hadn’t seen before that said something along the lines of “Unknown Validation Error”. I waited a while as sometimes deposits post almost immediately, sometimes it takes a little bit. After a few hours, I contacted customer service about it. They started looking into it and let me know about the issue and not too much longer after that the banner on the site went up.
same here, made almost a 4k USD deposit in btc 48 hrs ago but zero credit from that. Spoke to like five CS agents already since then, more or less kept telling me same thing, although the recent ones were more serious and honest imo
4k is tough. I’m out $600, and all the CS agent keeps mentioning the $50 compensation I got for waiting.
I’m pushing 50 hours waiting so all they gave me was a dollar an hour and keep saying I can’t get additional compensation bc I already got compensation.
It’s been 48+ hours, I don’t care about a measly $50 compensation at this point, I just want my money.
I’ve withdrawn and deposited amounts from 2k-10k on this website, used it for 7+ years, HOF status. The fact that I can provide any documentation of the deposit requested and I still can’t just get my 600 credited until they figure out what’s going is absurd.
48+ hours, and not a single moderator/CS agent gets informed what’s going on. We’re all just sitting here in the dark.
Some agents tell me this address isn’t theirs, and the money isn’t guaranteed. Others are asking me my internet provider as if that makes a difference.
I can’t speak with any sort of authority on this, obviously, but what I’m pretty sure occurs when you click the “Deposit” button is a unique deposit address is created tied to a wallet associated with your account somewhere on the back end. Once that address has been created and funded, there is another transfer to a BVD owned wallet. Something must have broken along the way there BUT…that unique deposit address is still there associated with your account with the amount that was transacted so it’s just a matter of someone on the finance team verifying it and manually adding the funds. Painstaking work for them to do - I’d assume thousands if not tens of thousands of transactions to work through.
I appreciate your detailed explanation. I always thought the process was automated in such as way that when the bitcoin i send to the address generated by the Bovada wallet assigned to my account, it gets immediately coverted to dollars. I never thought there was second transfer to another Bovada wallet before they credit it to my account.
I do hope you are right that Bovada still has access to that address the Bovada wallet generated for me to deposit to last Feb 3 around noontime. I can’t stop thinking of the worst case scenario.
right before SuperBowl is my projected ETA, last year it took 5 days for BTC when this happened.
last time they used price of BTC at time deposit was finally made (which was higher) so nobody cared, but this time it is a BFD if they don’t honor prices from Tuesday AM
