Question for you. If player has been told by financial team and CS that they do acknowledge that funds should have been put in an account……why hasn’t it been done already? What more is there to review? You are admitting wrongdoing……but the team needs to review it for another 24-48 hrs. Help me understand the logic here?!?

We have to accept that the funds deposited at specific times on 2(3 are gone and will not be returned. I remember seeing verification failed when I pressed funds sent on the mobile app. I never saw that message before. I feel that the company needs to be transparent and state the truth. Constantly asking for screenshots and supposed escalations are pointless if the funds are gone. I’m aware that sending cryptocurrency deposits to wallets are risky but this is ridiculous. I feel for other players who have lost their funds.

The problem is that Bovada actively encourages players to use crypto. It would be much easier to just use a card, but Bovada would have higher fees & other challenges associated with card deposits. Their handling of this has put all the risk on players.
No we don’t. Bovada is responsible regardless of the ultimate reason for this delay. If funds were stolen by 3rd party, if transactions were lost, if addresses were incorrect. or any other reason. We are entitled to our full deposit amounts as of the time deposited on February 3. Don’t accept anything less.

I wonder how much money Bovada is losing today from customers like me who would have otherwise bet a lot on the Super Bowl, but refuse to place another bet or deposit anymore money with them until I get my deposit.

I made two deposits on 2/3, one in Bovada and one in BVX, one with LTC and the other with BTC. I have yet to see either. BVX attempted to tell me that a deposit I made on 2/1 for the same amount was the one from 2/3 and case closed… so that had to be reopened just now after waiting 5+ days for an answer. This is unbelievable - What is really going on? Is my $1000+ gone? Why was this resolved for so many, yet there are still people waiting?? I have received little to no information from anyone and everyone…
We are all in the same boat. Zero BTC deposits during that 2/3 time frame have been credited on either site. Shameful
But … obviously … that must be our fault as the players …
