Hot Drop Jackpot Reloading Issues

Been experiencing for about 36 hours now. Lost about 10-15 spins. Must be affecting users sitewide, as the daily jackpot, like it was last night, is much lower than usual.

I’m glad you posted this because I just got done with CS and they insisted there was no issue. But anyone who can actually think logically can realize if the daily jackpot has only risen 175$ after 20 hours, THERE’S A PROBLEM!!! But to treat us like we are the incompetent ones is just down right crap. Just because you all at Bovada want to stick your head In The sand and act like nothing is wrong doesn’t mean everyone still standing doesn’t see how wrong it actually is.

  1. Clear your cache and cookies
  2. Switch to incognito mode
  3. Switch your browser; if you’re using Google Chrome switch to Mozilla Firefox and vice versa.
  4. Make sure to have a stable internet connection
  5. Restart your device.
  6. If possible, try on a different device.

There is a display issue which is currently being looked into, it is not effecting the jackpot or any payout, it is purely visual.

Slot Reloading

If there wasn’t a jackpot issue, then why is the Daily Jackpot at $10,200? Usually it’s around $14,000 the hour it’s going to hit. One went for 20k last week. Literally just click the past thread I linked to and you’ll see mods going through these exact issues in the exact same way before finally admitting there was a problem.

I have tried every single thing you’ve suggested, Jacob. I did so before you even posted. This is not my first rodeo; I’ve been a member for 15 years. I’ve pulled in six figures playing slots here in a single day without hitting a jackpot. I know when an issue is on Bovada’s end, and it’s on Bovada’s end.

Yes, have you actually looked at the jackpot totals? They’re moving at a snail’s pace. Are you trying to say the totals are wrong and we’ll be receiving more than what is listed?

So, yeah, not fixed. Lost more bets. Reloaded and jackpot hit. So lame.

This is a different issue which is effecting certain games, it is currently being investigated.

This is the initial issue I raised–it has not been fixed. It has been happening for two days now; along with visual issues. Just so we’re perfectly clear, absolutely NOTHING has changed since I started this topic.

And let me tell ya, boy am I having a hard time believing the explanation of trust us, the jackpots are higher than they’re actually showing. Like, come on. This is comically diabolical. :rofl: :laughing:

The issue regarding games reloading is being investigating, it is effecting several games.

The issue regarding the jackpot is a separate issue which is being investigated separately, but as I previously said, we have been advised this is purely a visual error, which will not effect the jackpot itself.

You do understand that the games reloading is ALSO an issue affecting the Hot Drop Jackpots, correct? It’s not just affecting several non-jackpot games. And how do we go about receiving compensation? I’ve lost about 20 different spins and a user above says CS isn’t acknowledging the issue. When the games reload, they don’t reload into the spin you made–they just eat your wager and open fresh.

The amount of time I’ve wasted on this–you should be paying me. You can’t just look into my game history and see which spins didn’t complete? I’ve posted multiple videos and screenshots to this thread showing the reloads. It’s an issue that’s affected my play for two days now. Compensation should be offered based on that alone, let alone refunds. So obnoxious. I love how Bovada just annoys and plays dumb to the point where you’re like, forget it, just f-off and keep the $20. :sweat_smile:
