The correct process is not exactly happening now because there are no mods to approve and verify “for sale” posts. The buyer doesn’t really have any protection right now…

What do you mean there are no mods to approve posts? Was there an announcement? I’ve sold within the past few days and they were monitoring and approving. I tried last night about 2:30 a.m. and gave up after 10-15 minutes of non-approval, but I figured that was just because of the hour. My posts don’t make it to the seller’s forum until the mods approve.
Earlier today there were no mods for a few hours. That’s what I was referring to. They have since appeared and approved selling posts.
