I believe I was mislead by Support to lose money

Has anyone here ever received an exception for their bets? I impulsively placed a bet and later realized it was a bad decision. I reached out to support, explaining the situation and asking if they could cancel the bet as a one-time exception. Other users had mentioned that this was possible, and the support agent even confirmed it might be an option, saying they’d check with their team.

However, they ultimately didn’t cancel the bet. What’s frustrating is that I spent almost 25 minutes waiting on support when I could have cashed out my losses and recovered at least some of my money. And the more I think about it. I think it was purposeful to see how the game was playing out before making a decision.

When I reached out again to express my frustration, I felt ridiculed and belittled by support. To make matters worse, I asked for a transcript of the chat and was told I couldn’t be sent one.

I believe this situation was unfair. If they had just told me “no” upfront, I could have recovered about 60% of my bet. Instead, I was misled and ended up losing everything.

It’s clear that they waited before making a decision. If the bad bet was playing in my favor after the 30 mins. They would’ve cancelled playing “hero”. But since the bet didn’t, they didn’t cancel and called it rules.

I was definitely mislead. If there wasn’t going to be an exception made should’ve not have mentioned or said so I could’ve cashed like I mentioned earlier.

How much was the bet for?

1k which is what’s confusing me. I’m a hall of fame member and I bet that almost everyday. So to be treated like this was confusing.

You guys give support way too much credit. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing or talking about, much less look into whether or not a specific bet is going to win or lose

While it is true that one time exceptions to have wagers cancelled it’s an option, it is not something that is guaranteed.

I totally understand that this situation was unfortunate and frustrating but agents do not wait for the outcome of the matches to provide a resolution for your inquiry.

For future references please review your wagers thoroughly before clicking on ‘place bets’
