Incorrect Wager Settlement

So now for the 2nd time in 2 weeks another one of my wagers has been credited as a loss when it was a winner. Why does this keep happening?? It is ridiculous. It is keeping funds away that should have been credited, therefore delaying possible wagers for me and i’m sure it happening to others as well

Ref. 23061757136178 for my bet was given a loss when it was a winner. Please fix this and do something about your software. This has happened to me 5-10 times now since I joined as a member several years ago, nothing has been changed to fix it and it is very annoying.

I bet on Christian Braun over 3.5 points and he finished with 7

Yes it is corrected now, thank you very much for the assistance.

Not sure why that keeps happening but it has happened on 2 prop bets for me in the past several weeks.

I have no idea I’m afraid, it may be down to automatic settlement or possibly human error, I really don’t know.

this should be a push… not a loss. the same wager with the Tie as an option was +110. my wager was not including the tie option at the price of -105
