Can anyone in here tell me if there are cutoff times for a LIVE bet? I just had a wager cancelled because it was deemed “late” when the soccer match started at 13:50 and I place a LIVE bet at 14:03 and I would have won. They’re saying the cutoff time was 14:00:30, absolutely ridiculous

How is there a cut off time for a live bet? And how do I know when this cut off time is? I’ve placed plenty of live bets and have no encountered this ever before.
There are cutoff times for when we stop accepting wagers. This information is not readily available to you.
Don’t you think that should be readily available to the customers? It would save a lot of this hassle, on my end it just seems like you can deem any live bet as late or past due whenever you feel like it. I understand but am just looking for clarity in the future so I don’t have to use chat every time I place a live bet now

I had odds on a live wager change by ~45% and still get accepted so I tried to inquire with CS about how the system accepts/denies wagers when odds change during processing— does anybody else find this response to be fishy? A supervisor refused to confirm the statement from John M., so no idea what to believe here.
They can claim all they want about the bets being accepted when the odds are in their favor…

I can attest to that. I have probably done atleast close to 100k in live bets since the begainning of the year.
I can tell when a bet will be accepted or not during live wagering.
The wager will start processing…if the line changes in my favor ( line or odds) it will turn red and make me retry the bet.
If it goes in their favor it will 100% of the time accept it.
They can claim all they want…their system is another way they can be sure they win money.
