The issue is the site can’t replicate the problem si they can’t fix what they can’t see
But that’s the biggest clue as well
Clearly theres something occurring as thousands of people are saying it’s happening
If the tech team can’t see it then that’s because they’re accessing the site in a different way than the players ao they need to access it in the way the players are
This has been brought up as nauseum by posters here and on social media but clearly has not occurred yet or they’d see the issue
I don’t know what else to do except to continue to make them aware its happening

Champions league games today. Get your bets in early. I would expect the website to not be operating as it should. Especially live lines. And I hate betting early before seeing lineups. Another reason this is a problem for me.
Do you have any updates of what’s going on??? Mikey send numerous of tickets to the “IT”department and he saw videos of what’s happening through the email ???
Looks like it’s spreading… these issues are gonna be the end of bovada if they can’t figure it out.
Both issues are not related. Live casino games were down for maintenance and has since been resolved. Please stop spreading misinformation.
@Maddie the issue is this comment by @Mikey in that thread… it is eerily similar to this entire thread here… we are consistently being told it is our fault when HUNDREDS of people are bringing it to your attention.
My apologies for linking this two threads if they aren’t related, but I think players here should know this is not the only part of the site that isn’t working for users, but is working just fine for bovada employees.

yeah agreed. If it doesn’t amount to a site wide shutdown, or they can’t see it on their end, they have almost no interest/ability to solve it. It’s problematic. I would have thought that even when they cannot see it, they obvious posting of hundred other people would perhaps make them take any step toward solving
The two live Champions League matches are not findable to bet live. Cannot search for them anyway. This is a massive problem. Other live soccer matches are available. Why not the most two important games in the world???

They are there right now, thanks. But they weren’t there for 25 minutes. That’s still a problem that we all want you guys to help get worked out. We all remember when live betting worked properly. It’s not ok to go backwards like this, and for this long.

Buenos Aires live betting down. Only one match is shown, has been greyed out for 30 minutes. The Mladenovic match started, not offered. A lot of the lines have been taken down for upcoming matches.

It’s all a mess. Very frustrating.

Lines are frozen and the scoreboard is buggy
For clarity purposes, has the team that was asked to look at this (sports, IT, whoever) given up because they cant see what we’re seeing? Or are they still trying to identify what could be causing this to occur on what seems like every players screens, just not thiers, at this time?
Sorry if i missed this being asked yet, obviously there is a lot going on in this thread, and the others that were about the same thing…
