Ya’ll looked into it the last 2 days and there was a website shutdown! ZERO actual compensation or permanent solutions lol. Your’re literally a sports betting website who’s sports betting feature is not working. Astounding.

I literally started this post hahaha. I did bovada a favor bringing this to their attention. And I asked about compensation only to get told sorry buddy you’re out of luck! Others did, but not the person who started this thread??? @Lillian_Bovada It’s really hard to stay with Bovada at this point if I’m being honest

Yes- its still happening. After hundreds of posts saying the exact same thing, and also a website wide shutdown, we are still getting the same problems. What a mediocre website @Brooke_Bovada

Just out of curiosity, what relevant activity could they be looking for? If the site is down, you can’t access it and there is no activity. Secondly, I was trying to access throughout the outage, even posting multiple screenshots here (that could only happen if I was attempting relevant activity) and didn’t receive anything, which is fine because that’s not the point, but to say a thorough review was done seems impossible if folks that were attempting to use the site tons of times and refreshing repeatedly and posting screenshots were not seen as affected. THAT is what causes issues with your customers.

Exactly, I have even posted IT suggestions on modifications to how they are accessing the site looking for an issue, since so many users have been affected for over a week now, but no Bovada employees have ever been able to replicate it. That’s a red flag. How that doesn’t seem suspicious is beyond comprehension.
Having worked at Wal-Mart’s IT Department for several years, they would have cleaned house had an issue that was preventing them from making more money lasted a week.

So frustrating that you basically have to search each game individually if you want to bet it live right now, sometimes if you refresh 10 to 20 times you may see the live games but its usually for about 10 to 30 seconds then it reverts to games that are long over. Obviously we all keep saying this same thing, its happening to all customers, this isnt anything that hasnt been said so many times now. Troubleshooting does absolutely nothing.
One newer point (maybe) is that it seems to reset each day and what i mean by that is it looks fine really early in the morning, as there havent been many games completed that day, but it gets bad fairly early and gets worse as the day goes on. Thats just my observation.

Last weekend was nearly impossible to traverse with all the lines being so stale
This weekend will be even worse with all major soccer leagues back in action and so many MTEs going in CBB
Really needs to get rectified before that stuff clogs everything up much worse than last week

@Luna_Bovada thanks for moving my comment away from this chat to a private chat. I was hoping this was an effort to actually try to resolve my issue. (Clear activity in my account messaging support saying I wasn’t comfortable depositing until the issues were fixed the day the crash happened), but it actually just seems like an effort to try and keep from people knowing that compensations were given to some but not others.
You guys have made a HUGE mess here that is clearly costing you money and it needs to be fixed immediately. This issue has now persisted for longer than the outages in November and December of 2021 for which you compensated ALL players much more than just $50. I’m looking forward to when this happens and will not deposit any significant $$ here again until that is the case. I hope other regular players do the same. The only way bovada will fix this is if it impacts the bottom line. Unfortunately, with the recent crypto run, there is likely no need for this trashy site to do anything for customers.
You guys should be better.

@moderators And this has been going on for a week plus! And then only some people got compensation (if they wagered in a very narrow window of time). Meanwhile, many of us didn’t wager during that time, BECAUSE THE SITE IS BROKEN!

Having the same issues; lines that have ended are still showing while active games aren’t appearing at all. Even after searching, it will show the game/bets however the site acts as though the game isn’t currently in progress
