You just need to go the chat for comp and add to the site issues no one on the mod team is gong to admit to issues the tech team can’t confirm
They are just going to report the issue again and then it’s up to people we can’t talk to to tell us if e are right or not lol

It’s still happening by the way @moderators - it’s not as bad as before but I consistently have to refresh pages a lot to get the correct games to appear in Live Mode. It’s really just a mediocre website at this point- I’m not sure when this happened but I think actually fixing it ultimately instead of putting band aids on it over and over- might be the solution. You’re a big company presumably.
Don’t close this thread please because this issue still occurs repeatedly. Sad.

Yeah i don’t really get the gameplat deal
Some people only pay at night when they’re off work so the site going down right as many people would be looking to sit down and get their bets on or spin or register for a tourney etc kind of makes it impossible to say who was impacted and who was not
I Jan if you hadn’t played in 3 or 4 data and now you’re adding for comp i get it
But if you were on the day before and couldn’t play it was down the next day then i don’t see how that doesn’t impact you
But i guess i don’t know everyone’s situation either
I’m still getting old lines that’s already finished… frustrating that you neeed to keep refreshing to get the real live lines

@Lillian_Bovada please log into a customer account on a cell phone and you can see the same thing. If it’s a lap top I think it’s ok but on a cell phone we have to keep on refreshing to see the real live lines

Honestly seeing the moderators say the exact same response for over 100 posts with the same issues- I feel like I’m being pranked @Lillian_Bovada . How can you see the pattern and keep simply going through the same useless procedures and not being able to provide actual assistance?
Or at the very very very very very very least-
informing someone else who can help because this same actions and replies daily to the same issues. It’s maddening, I’m sorry
