The site is a mess. Live lines arent even showing. I have to refresh 5+ times just to have the site even load. This is crazy

Itâs crazy how bad itâs been, you think youâve seen the worst, but each day continues to be worse than the last. Is the team still actively working to fix it?
I also canât believe the lack of urgency to at least communicate this to CS. It seems like weâre headed for a bigger site outage and arenât doing anything with the info provided by the players, no matter whether you see it on your side or not, it is happening, and its tougher to play each day. Just let it keep getting worse.

Mods, why donât you guys just make it clear to your CS team, that there is an issue? Why not communicate it with them? I know you guys have an upper management team that can handle it. Do you guys really want all newcomers to be experiencing this mess.
Another screenshot to add i guess, finished games showing up as live. i can keep adding these everytime i go to bet if i had the extra time, its a constant issue, im already spending too much time searching each game individually to get a bet in thoughâŚ

All of the last 20-30 posts and screenshots are exactly my experience with the site.
For the evening post:
- Matches not loading correctly
- No times
- No scores or incorrect scores
- Constantly have to refresh
- Getting E0000 error
- And every other complaint on this thread from the past week plus.

Not much more I can add here that hasnât already been said but this is by far the worst state the site has been in since Iâve been around. Live wagers are being delayed and taking lines that I surely would not have taken (if it were to my benefit the bet would be cancelled). Iâm starting to think that keeping this site in such a poor state is deliberate but I would like to promptly be proven otherwise.
Customer service will not acknowledge the issue. Even when i send them screenshots of their site showing odds from a game that was played two days ago and âcurrent oddsâ that are in the 181st minute of the 1st half. I also sent screenshots of the moderators here saying it is a known issue, but still customer service insists everything is fine. Then, when i ask for a supervisor, they disconnect the chat.
Iâm actually back to say that the live betting is completely out of control and I will show exactly what unfortunately has happened to me. At 9:00PM, I placed a single wager for S1 winner on this tennis match. I placed it once by clicking and it buffered but was successful, I reload and the wager was taken twice. I unfortunately had to eat both my wager and the duplicate loss. I cannot stand for this and I

Necaxa vs Pachuca soccer live line right now is a disaster. Unusable. As others have said, tonight is the worse sports wagering has worked in quite some time. Good thing we are reporting all these issues every dayâŚâŚ

that happened to me a few days ago. I contacted CS immediately and they rejected to cancel the bet since it was a live play. The website itself duplicated my bet. Itâs ridiculous.

Whatever you guys share here are all documented, and shared with the team, to solve it. This issue has been shared with more teams now, in order to fix it faster.

We are never seeing that money again my friend. Stolen from us without any acknowledgement, our loyalty clearly means nothing to them. Iâm really at a loss for words.
