****Live betting issues****

Appreciate the response Luna but I feel like for something like this, it should be displayed on the site that we should proceed with caution until whatever is causing this has been fixed. I just wasted $150 of my hard earned money without consenting to do so. We as players at least deserve transparency and communication at the bare minimum.

I just got off the phone now with an agent named Aryana (don’t know the correct spelling) and she told me there are no ongoing issues, the sportsbook is totally fine, and there is no ticket to be checked. I repeatedly have said it’s “the ticket the moderators on the forum keep adding pictures to” and she says there is nothing available and nothing wrong. How is this possible?

No it isnt. I got in touch with CS and they told me that there are currently no live betting issues and they know nothing of a open ticket from the community forum You guys are full of shit

Just remember everyone there are better sites out there with better CS. Bovada has been awful the past year and now they play dumb with the issues saying there arent

Unbelievable!! Straight up bs!!

Several times today the live betting pages were completely unusable, couldnt get bets in at all. Honestly we just need the team to do whats needed to reset things, just fix it back to at least how it was a month or so ago. There were still smaller issues, which is a shame that we just expect those, but the current state is so unacceptable. Cant do this much longer, sorry.

  1. multiple people here have shown that other CS say no issue , so this is not accurate or consistent
  2. These are all the same issues as have been occuring repeatedly for a very long time. How is there no known solution at this point?
    I get you have good intentions, and this isn’t on you mods, but overall it’s just frustrating to see from our POV

Since yesterday, website become very laggy to the point I can not place any live bet on sportbook.

I even placed a duplicate bet.

Also mods deleted my last comment as well lol. They really trying to save face

Mods wont let me upload photos of my convos with CS but if you contact CS they are saying the mods on the community forum is lying and there are 0 issues with live betting and the website so guys we are all lying sorry to disappoint
