Yeah everyone at this point just go to a different service. They will eventually fix the issue and they will say it was " schedule maintenance " and no compensation or problems will be addressed
So can you answer our question as to why the CS team is always stating there is No Issue with live betting and everything is working perfectly? Is it that hard to communicate it to them? Whatâs the reason for the lack of communication. Why do we have to complain here. Thatâs what CS is for.
Hi Everyone, this issue runs for so long and there is no point of circling back as to why CS always tells you that there isnât any issues we are both completely different team and we cannot control their decision as to why they always say there isnât any issue, the issue is being looked into with the appropriate team all we ask is your continued patience and understanding and cooperation when we ask for certain screenshot as we are relaying your concern and we pass it to the team. Live bet is practically unusable. Horrible customer experience. Anyone know where I can find the live games that are currently playing instead of this screenshot lol.
What lines are you looking for?
Thatâs what my live basketball shows no matter how many times I refresh I canât get the games that are actually live just old games that finished hours ago

These ongoing issues with live betting have made it so difficult to play here now. The recent maintenance updates now requires the page to constantly be refreshed to clear old games from hours or even days before.
Of course lines will update or change on the fly for live betting, but there should be a way to prevent lines a user did not specifically select from being accepted automatically. Iâve had it happen way too often that I place a parlay with live bets and a line changes to the exact opposite selection as soon I click place bet. It would be nice to at least have an option to require user acknowledgement of the change or void the line until the user selects it directly.

Yeah itâs absolutely awful right now. Sucks, cause the reason I stay with bovada (other than the community) is the sports betting platformâŚ.but itâs gone way down hillâŚ
Live sports betting has become unusable. I see no effort to make this better and no compensation for the inconvenience, even though this has been a major issue for the past few months. Yes, Iâm stubborn enough to stay with Bovada for now, but this might change.
We have just received notification of issues with live Football bets at this time, the team are checking on this right now.
The biggest problem is the gaslighting like this

There is only 1 game currently effected as far as I can see, the rest should be fine
I posted them a screenshot of your initial post about the game being effected and I got a response of their is no issue
