Stop telling people to clear cache, use incognito mode, clear history blah blah blah. IT DOESNāT WORK.

More than a week of this. You need to fire your tech team and hire competent ones.
Well initially it was the 1st half O/U, but that time has come and gone.

Iāve checked on this issue multiple times with no funds in my account as well because if I see a game I want to wager on or a live line I want to wager on, I can make a deposit quickly and wager on that game if I see fit. I do it all the time across multiple sites. So at least for me personally, not having funds in my account or anyoneās account for that matter doesnāt really hold too much weight in my opinion because if the site is working as it should then at least I know I would deposit more and feel better about playing rather than deposit a ton and risk not being able to play as I want because the site is dysfunctional.

Crazy assumption. I did know it had an issue and was reconfirmed of it by your post. I also make selections and then make a deposit sometimes. Also couldnāt make selections so why would I deposit?
I have reached out to customer service multiple times over the last 2 weeks about this issue. Not once have they acknowledge the live betting issues. Even when I send them screenshots of the Bovada moderators saying as much. When i aks for a supervisor, they disconnect. If you cant fix the issues, at least ask the customer service reps not to lie about it.
Horrible live bettingā¦ same issues as everyone else. Seems like over a month now.

We dont care how much you work. It hasnt been working for months and we want results. Verbal effort doesnt prove anything.

Even if you dont know when or how much yet, can you confirm we will see compensation?
Iām afraid not. If compensation is confirmed, this would more than likely be done automatically via your account messages/Rewards Page.
So, you dont know what the problem is. You dont know how to fix it. Your site wont acknowledge there is an issue. You will not compensate for this down time. But you think we will deposit money? Can yoy give me one single reason to stay with Bovada?

Guys here is my impression of bovada community forum mods. We are totally escalating your issues and totally believe there is a problem. Please continue to send screenshots so I can ignore them and pretend like nothing is wrong. As well please do not contact CS because it is 100% your fault according to them and nothing is wrong. Guys just go to a different offshore book already
It looks like all live wagering lines for every sport are down right nowā¦ If any live line is selected you get a āA system error has occurred. Please consult our Help Center for more information. It seems that some play may be restoredā¦ but alot of the live lines, that were once displayed in the live sports section, have since disappeared, and replaced with lines from games that have been over for hours now

Still live betting issues. Are CS giving out compensation or acknowledging the issue or are they still saying that its our fault lol
As far as we are aware @Liuuum there isniāt any comepnsation also, what lines are you trying to bet on and please provide us screenshot of issue you are seeing from your end so we can provide it to the relevant team. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding
