Why does it refresh itself for the site?

It won’t matter. This same bug has been ongoing off and on for years now. It is without question, objectively the most bug-ridden sportsbetting site on the market. They very evidently don’t care, or are wildly mis-trained/managed. On a side note, I was 6 hours into a poker tournament last night and it simply froze/kicked me out (chat was down, as well). Once I did reach chat it was not resolved, they had to send it on up the latter. I spent hours dealing with this (and it cost me in other tournaments I was in by clearing cache, switching browsers/computers/phones, logging in/out constantly trying to get it to work). When I tried to explain this and asked if they felt I could get some compensation, they informed me that this was not an option (mind you I deposit thousands every month for years). It’s truly un ■■■■ing believable here sometimes.

When I tried to reach out to chat again just now to inform them that nothing had been done yet and that the tournament still shows ‘live’ (nearly half a day after it would have been over), chat is now down again as well it seems. This has me perusing the sportsbetting/poker marketplace asap.

Same issues persist here, just havent been here in the community much the last few days. I also alerted my host and he said hes personally received a bunch of the same reports and would keep me posted on updates, but since then there has been nothing back on that, ill follow up there as well.

Should we poll the community and just see if anyone ISN’T experiencing these issues? Everyone ive spoken to has the same issues, you see the comments online about the same issues, only bovada reps say its fine for them, id be interested in just trying to find any actual users not seeing this. Users that live bet.

For the last week, at times things seem fine, maybe about 5 to 10% of the time, i feel like i hit the jackpot when its fine and i can bet normally, but the other 90% of the time its tough to bet, just like it was 100% of the time the previous 3 weeks or so. Constantly refreshing the page, finished games showing up, actual live games show up for a second then disappear, its causing anxiety while betting, its not fun anymore. Ive missed many bets i wanted, im sure youll say my history shows ive bet a lot, its a challenge though just to get those in.

In the end im feeling like im a part of the problem by continuing to play here, feeling like nothing is going to change unless we stop, esp. given some of the responses ive seen. Weve been sticking around because we know it hasnt always been this way. Were not making this up, we need bovada to do something or tell us why we cant/wont get the same experience again.

My experience has been the exact same as yours. I feel and agree with everything said here. They will look and see I keep betting everyday, but it’s been miserable and a struggle.

And this is exactly it. I could never in good conscience recommend a sports-bettor (especially one that in-plays) get an account here. When the chat runs the party line of “we checked out x/y/z and it all looks fine. Have you cleared your cache?”, it’s obviously just a spit in our face. Whatever dip-s bigwig behind the scenes that decided plausible deniability was going to be their trademark go-to rather than actually put forth some of our gambling funds from these crooked casino games just let the site down big time.

I had 100% match bonus dropped into my rewards page earlier in the day. Popped in to use it just now, gone….
That’s always fun to have happen to you. Must have been another Bovada error?

I thought it was a 100% match that was there originally. They said it was a 50% and gave me a 50%. I can’t be sure what I saw now…, what you get added?
