@Bukayo_Bovada can you take a look at the last few thread messages and help me get the 100% match added back to my rewards page? I saw it earlier, chat lied to me and told me it was a 50%. Looks like others also saw the 100% match.
Did they add back a 100% match for you? I think @Tdyz_123 got 100% match added back by chat. I got whamboozled by my agent.
I took some time to carefully review your account and rewards, and I was able to confirm that Customer Support was correct — we only have a record of the 50% up to $1,000 offer being added to your rewards page.
This morning myself and others saw a 100% match. There are 3 of us now saying it. It was there. It should be replaced.
I’m not doubting it at all; however, there’s no record of it on our end. Unfortunately, that means we’re unable to proceed with adding a 100% match. I can see that Customer Support has credited you with another 50% match instead, as that’s what we were able to verify from our records.
That’s an absurd solution. You should do right by your customers. I remain disappointed in Bovada. If you cannot find a code to add a 100% match to my account, based off the facts here, the correct solution would be, “I will note your account and contact us after you make your next deposit and we can manually add a 100% match to the funds”. Since that is what was placed on your account earlier today and removed.
The best we’re able to do is the 50% match that Customer Support offered.
Not good for business, offered a bonus and taken away … we are not just regular players but players who been here for awhile … please do the right thing

This used to happen a lot where they’d give out bonuses then take them away right away saying they were “tests” or whatever and weren’t supposed to go out to everyone
There’s no record of you guys mass sending 100% match bonuses. Is there no record of them being deleted and no record of any employee who is able to corroborate that they did in fact send/remove the bonuses?

A review of your account shows that your 50% match is still available to be redeemed from your rewards page. This expires on Oct 19, 2025 at 11:45:00 PM EDT
There was a second bonus added then removed. I want to use both.
