screenshots for days, where nothing has been done, and money and bonuses have just been taken, even sports, told me they wouldnt pay, screenshots for days, then they block me of the community for posting, screenshots of the games freezing up, and taking the money, and when they do respond, they want to tell you what the hand was instead of the site properly working or returning the money from the hand

Good to see the site is still awful and CS is still ignoring it lol. Guys just go to betonline ag they have a way better site and rewards

Hate to say it, but the site is acting still the same after re-installing chrome on my iPhone. Not the fix. Still have to reload and refresh the page. Live lines issues still the same. Pretty disappointed unfortunately. :pensive:

Yeah, there was literally zero difference for me as well. Still impossible to get the bet you want at the time you want it due to the constant resetting/error messages, etc. Bovada’s trade secret

Site has been beyond bad. Ive never seen it this bad. I’ve contacted support multiple times through the week. I’m just done writing them at this point. My bets were literally affected multiple times through out the week.

When mentioned they blame its the chrome browser then its the router. I’ve trouble shot everything. You know when something is not right on a website when your on it daily.

But I’m the clown and nothing is wrong on the site.

I tried cashing out multiple times the other day and couldn’t because the page would not refresh. I wrote them several times that day of course I was unable to cashout.

I don’t understand whats going on anymore. They have such a great interface if it worked properly.

At this point I dont know if they care about what were saying. Just extract as much as possible and who cares.

Anyways I hope for the best and there able to fix these issues.

I did delete the app and reinstall it and problems are still occurring … longer to load and refresh by it self and stale old lines which already done

The exchange between the moderator in here and the legion of paying customers who (approopriately) received 100% match bonsuses only to have them snaked right back from their account sumnmed up the current state of this site (that I have had the progressively more unfortunate experience of playing for more than a decade) PERFECTLY.

The customers were under the impression they were given one thing (could be a bet, bonus or anything else on here), then were shocked to observe that in fact were given something entirely different. So then you go ahead and ask our chat-‘help’ “what happened to us here?”, and they were immediately met with whatever iteration of the bovada-standard “we have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, everything is normal on our end! oh did you clear your cache?? : )”

The absolute disaster that is the software is one thing, but the constant lies (quite literally their chat agents dictated protocol in many scenariors, including here with the match-bonus fiasco) are what have officailly drove me to the breaking point with the site at this point.

Its definitely still bad site is just glitched out. Yes Ive received the same messages.

I mean, I don’t exactly think you’re going to be breaking any news to them are you? This is a thread that echoes the same conversations held in their live-help boxes all day every day. NONE of this is new, it’s just that for some incomprehensible reason (who knows, maybe there was a mass layoff we’re not privy to I guess) the site is operating at it’s most dysfunctional state to date. But no man, this is all just the same shit different day on here. Obvbiously they have known about all the same issues and the same complaints for years. They clearly do not care

In general please just ask them to take some pride in the product they put out (this is speaking to the coroprate side not the individuals), because this is ■■■■ing embarrassing and it’s absolute hell for the customers. The customers who afford them millions upon millions in profit every single month. I’d say we have earned the right to maybe be treated to something where the complaints of software failures are actually heard and dealt with, no? But here we are about to enter 2026 and instead it’s actually devolving to the point where the sheer volume of these SAME BUGS/ERRORS have reached a level where it almost feels like it has to be intentionally malicious.

So is the consensus that the reinstall didnt do anything? I was hesitant on this since everything else works perfectly, every other site that is besides bovada, its multiple devices for me including a new laptop, this didnt seem right, but figured id ask the group.

Still seeing all the same issues here but didnt try the uninstall/reinstall yet.

It’s not the fix sadly.
