Casino been crashing since 5am and has been happening for over a year since I initially reported this live betting stuff being so bad and it’s at the top top of this exact thread, now the website has become unusable and it’s just more of a hassle now. It’s become so disappointing after 14 plus years what we’ve gotten too as far as the viability of the website being even playable. I just expect it now, the two days early last week sports was down Sunday, Monday and Tuesday late nights. Not a point of comp or anything, I don’t even bother asking because it feels pathetic to even have to with all the issues we’ve had. But it just reinforced the current state of the once loved website. I have played almost daily for over a decade but now I just feel dumb for playing here.
Site is a freaking joke… crazy that all of the problems over the last several months keep happening. Please don’t ask for a freaking screen shot either. Silly
Its all the same stuff, its an insult when asked, whats the issue your experiencing? I mean, come on. Read the thread, dont make us waste more time on this.
This maybe due to the current issues, we do have certain things not working right now.
Got it ok. Thanks. The ongoing issues are real though and my stmnt does remain, and i also feel really dumb at times just battling through this. I cant clear cookies etc more than i have, its all devices, all internet connections…
I’m unable to see lines as well and the casino has constantly shown error messages. The site is definitely not functioning properly right now as evidenced by the banner up.
In all seriousness, mods. What’s the point of this thread? It’s always the same, and honestly, ya’lls responses and requests for screen shots-Idk if you’re robots or just trolling- but either way it makes all of us feel really silly for even speaking into the void about the problems this site has had for a really, really, long time. With no signs of improvement or even listening really.
I have to agree with this. Each day of offering screenshots without a solution/resolution/or any sign of improvement just makes us look foolish.
Your responses and screenshots are being added to an ongoing ticket that our technical support team is currently reviewing. As moderators, we don’t have an exact timeframe for when it will be resolved. The most helpful thing you can do is continue sharing your experiences so we can escalate them and help the tech team better understand the issue.
We understand this has been happening for quite some time and we want to see it resolved as much as you do, but unfortunately, there’s nothing more we can do at this point.
Can’t really believe that when there is an IEM Chengdu match “live” this morning, but the entire tournament was over on NOVEMBER 9th
