Yeah im really glad theyāre working hard to change the site layout when this threads going strong well over a year with incredibly frustrating issues, really good utilization of resources here. Hey lets create some other issues too, why not.

Just curious, is anyone actually able to get live lines to stay on the page? and not disappear every time, even upon refreshing multiple times? I am back to literally searching each game one by one, each time I refresh the Live Soccer page I can see all the live lines for 5 seconds, then they disappear, every single time now, no matter how many times I refresh. Same thing with NHL games every night. I have constantly been clearing cookies/cache, etc. it doesnāt help with the issues.
The general lag is still there, lines are stale many times, thats been consistent for the most part, but if the games themselves would at least stay on the page (and not disappear) it would be better them the current situation, at least a little bit.
Iām sure there is no update on the ticket, is that right? The team is still working on it but canāt figure it out? Or is this how it will just be from now on? If Bovada thinks there isnāt an issue then I have to believe this may be the case, Iād like to know that for sure because Iāve stuck around hoping for it to be fixed, I need clarity that you do know the issue is outstanding and will eventually be fixed.

Been having issues with lines disappearing and then not being able to cash out since lines are gone. Contacted Cs and they said that it is my fault.

How many times can you type this same thing over the course of a year, directed at the exact same issue it was directed at a year ago? Thereās zero chance you believe anyone is working on this, Jacob. And if you do, Iām sorry itās hard to believe thereās any sincerity here.

thereās a lot of times when even the search feature doesnāt work either, and thereās just live games randomly missing as well

Thereās nothing fix right now still same thing donāt think they are looking at any tickets at this point ā¦ we have been complaining about the same issues ā¦ we just want a smooth product that works ā¦ please man just fix it

Live lines keep disappearing on my end too. I have to place a bet within a few seconds before they vanish. Support back to saying everything is running super smooth and better than ever. Pathetic. Keep getting an annoying error to accept cookies every page. Whose bright idea was this to change the layout and make everything worse. The fact they want you to try 12 different browsers, reset your internet and go incognito speaks volume. No other betting website gives you nonsense directions to access their page.

Besides the regular issues i cant even get the bottom tab to show up on mobile, therefore theres no betslip, cant bet parlays if i can even find the games. Unreal how awful this is. I have cleared cookies/cache and tried incognito, nothing works.
