What happen to the previous thread? And this issue is still occurring. I had to refresh to get the lines for NFL and college basketball then it disappeared

yeaā¦ i just wait for help for days and every day get told the troubeshooting steps. then offered to escalare and report and they always say it is on my endā¦ nope it isnt. then hr on chat to file report. all we can do is keep asking them to fix it
