Like 80% of the games aren’t available ( they were up earlier and now they’re gone ), scores are wrong, time of the matches is incorrect
There are a, very few things available but they’re nearly unplayable as the info on the site is incorrect so you can’t really trust the lines are accurate
Can a mod get this escalated?

Lines will be available one minute then disappear and at least half the matches that are available aren’t correct on time or score or both
I’ve been escalating this for a couple of weeks now, since it was updated to the new UI, and I posted screenshots that none of the mods have acknowledged on my post. I called support and they told me it’s my responsibility to watch the official scores and play responsibly.
Your feedback has been sent over for review and we’ll continue to keep an eye on the different lines. For now though, everything should be good to go.

Jose says the maintenance is still ongoing. I’ve been having a hard time with the book trying to get things to load properly for awhile so that’s why I asked on chat about it.

Was unable to add any events to bet slip almost 2 hours earlier this morning, and a blue banner was temporarily added to the home screen, however cs said it was part of the ongoing maintenance that ends on the 14th
Completely disingenuous and sets the stage for any future problems the next few days to just be thrown into this lump of “maintenance”.
such a shame because the social media staff /workers / mods are all pleasant and helpful to work with but there’s only so much they can do
Is anyone else constantly having this issue too? This has been multiple weeks now for me. I have a pending wager and it doesn’t show up. Says no open bets but clearly there’s a 1 over the “my bets” section. I follow my bets super close so I can cashout if I want to. When you can’t see a wager, you can’t cash out. Are other people dealing with this?
