Yes, it does appear ok- but itās super random and not consistent, and for live lines this is key. I just hope you guys can fix this goinf forward. It does appear ok sometimes, but the fact that itās only sometimes and thatās considered acceptable. And clicking to specific events that are live but they donāt appear on main tennis live betting page? Thatās not functioning properly. Thank you for aiding in this issue moving forward. Itās been consistenly like this for a bit.

For me it didnāt matter if i click on the sport itself
Its still all messed up 60% of the time
Its not the end of the world because if you refresh enough you can usually get it bit out is just a super pain in the ass and it takes a long time to get a play in especially if itās more than 2 teams
I donāt think any of us want to settle for it taking 9 minutes to get a live bet on

This has been happening for minimum 4 days now with lots of people reporting it
Whatās the next step here if you guys canāt recreare it? Any idea?

Whenever you guys report this issue we check the site and if there is an issue itās escalated.
Please try incognito or clicking on the Sports you are trying to bet if you get these issue. Furthermore if you attempt to bet on those games it will bring up the actual line so please review the betslip.
Ok- thatās fine, but at this point itās consistent and is happening to many people over a long period of time, so the issue lies with Bovada. Every single time weāre going to do this same ordeal and you will ask eveyrone the same questions? We are asking you please very enthusiasticallyā¦There is an issue with Bovada. Please please please get it fixed. Tell the sports team the internet team whoeverā¦This is getting to the point where you will lose customers to similar sites that do not have these issue. Just letting you know that politely. I appreciate your help, but youāre not actually paying attention to the larger problems here. And itās not just tennis it happens to every sport repeatedly.

So when you click on basketball you still see the CDBL line or the Romania line?
This is what I see:
When i click on any sport thereās about a 60% Visage i see old lines
Occasionally the new ones are there too but not all of them
And sometimes its perfectly fine but then when you leave the screen and come back ots old lines again

This is weird as this is not the case on our end. Have you cleared your cache data and then restart the browser?
@Mikey_Bovada I totally understand needing to replicate it on your end, itās just interesting that so many people spread around geographically are seeing this over an extended period of time, but employees do not see the same results.
I donāt need answers, but a couple questions just to spur some internal thoughts or discussionsā¦ Are you Bovada folks accessing the site from inside the network itās hosted on or after connecting to a VPN / Endpoint Security model thatās allows you access to the network for emails, internal programs, etc. when you are attempting to connect or are you trying from your phone or something that would be using a completely external connection like every day customers? These could absolutely make a difference in what is being seen.
Or even IP Routing to a specific server within the server farm intended to ensure employees are always able to access the site when other issues arise.

This is YOUR (bovadaās) problem, not ours. I canāt recreate my own screen experience for you, but you can see that itās happening to not just me. Does that not make it obvious that itās a Bovada issue? Just now, Iām on live soccer. UEFA nationās league matches, appear , then disappear, appear, disappear, repeatedly. Iām begging you to please just do something to fix this or make someone aware who can fix this. This rinse and repeat process of you asking over and over and saying you canāt see it. Itās tiring, and itās going to make me not come back to Bovada, sorry. There is zero actual productive help being done here, just questions.

I been having the same issue for 3-4 days, I reported a similar issue recently. I interpreted it as a line error. Apparently I was wrong. Looks like this could be a server side issue. I hope Bovada can solve this soon because this is major for live betting
