I have been having issues with live lines for 3 days. It’s awful. Unreliable. Nothing seems to be getting fixed to where it should be working.

hey Mikey- Is this enough responses with enough information for you to do something beyond “I can’t see this on my screen?” Thanks in advance for actual help, because clearly there is an issue on Bovada’s side of the street. And your’re welcome for us informing you before you lose a thousand more customers because you cannot provide a basically functional live betting atmosphere for a sports betting website. Either fix it and stop asking the same questions. Or you will lose all of us to a site that can provide this very basic function.
lol… bovada lies continued… @moderators can you explain why your service agents fail to acknowledge the issues you have acknowledged over the past few days?

yeah the gaslighting is especially upsetting. I’m nearly done with bovada just so you know @Mikey I can’t deal with needing to send 27 messages in the community forum just for your site to work properly lol. I wish you tried to help instead of asking everyone the same questions over and over and then saying “well I see the matches.” Disappointing stuff from Bovada customer service, to be honest

@moderators it’s still broken despite the agent lying to me and telling me it isn’t… all games currently “live” are over… I’m waiting to deposit to wager on CBB. I’m not getting lied to and tricked again like two week into being told the site is working when it’s very clearly not. Can you please respond and address all of our concerns here? I’m trying to upload a screenshot but it won’t let me…

Same issue here. Clearing cache and using private browser did not fix the issue. Your site is having a memory issue.
Moderators, if multiple people are giving you consistent reports of the same issue, you guys have an issue. Just because you Bovada staff members can’t see, doesn’t mean it should be ignored.

Please clear your cache an browser history an reload the website as I’m seeing something differ form your screenshot.
Well I just tried on both my laptops and both browsers on my phone so its not cache. this has been ongoing all weekend hence the other people that have been complaining

Please try to help outside of simply just repeating this same practice of seeing what’s on your own screen. There’s been a hundred of these same posts. Can the Bovada moderators attempt to help instead of doing the same useless things? There are multiple topics on this same issue and every moderator is the same level of useless. You guys will be losing customers about this, it’s pathetic and happens daily. With no help

You have to refresh numerous times to maybe get the actual live lines. Been happening for a few days. Super annoying.
