****Live betting issues****

You were advised that you could never ever place live bets. Mikey is simply advising that that is not true. You have not been banned from live betting.

@Maddie there is very much something wrong with my account as it pertains to live betting. Being told otherwise is simply not true… don’t get me wrong… I like @Mikey a lot… he’s helped me many times in the past when others haven’t. That being said, there is VERY MUCH SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT AS IT PERTAINS TK LIVE BETTING!

Like I asked before… how would you recommend I wager on the Baylor game (espn shows that it is currently going on) when it doesn’t appear on your site?

That’s what customer service says. And I just sent you the screenshots… I can’t wager on live games at the moment. So I don’t know what’s going on… but you said ā€œThere is nothing wrong with your account as it pertains to live bettingā€ and Ive sent you screenshots of there CLEARLY being something wrong with my account as it pertains to live betting.

He’s saying he’s happy he didn’t have a block on his account but it is kind of irrelevant if he still can’t bet on live games and he’s asking what the next step would be for him to be able to live bet since you’re saying he’s not blocked yet the games aren’t showing up for him

I just also wanna add in that when logging through a laptop or computer still have the live line issue

Thanks @Rmilia1. I’ll add to that, I really don’t appreciate being told there is nothing wrong, when I CLEARLY am experiencing issues and have been (like everyone else on this site) for weeks!

Or being told a bold faced lie, which is apparently the new CS policy.

Mikey start adding more tickets because it sure ain’t fixing anything man? Where we at running on 13 to 14 days? We are not here to say it’s the mods fault we just want this issue to fix man so can you go direct to them ???

Update on the ticket that we have sent out states that the team did not find any issues. This is from the persons who add lines on the site. We will add more of the complaints as the ticket is still opened.

Bout to have over 500 to 1000 reply’s on this thread … because sure ain’t nobody cares about what we see… constantly need to refresh as you can all go to your computers it’s happening and doing the same thing

CS apparently lied directly to my face… you say I have no issues on my account, but I have sent you screenshots of not being able to place the wagers I want to place.

What is my next course of action as a loyal player here? Do I just ignore my issue? Do I close my account? What would you do in my situation?

We have recommended all the steps that is plausible. We are going to wait for the team to let us know of there is anything else that can be done.

@Mikey ive done all the steps… but it’s not working and I’ve waited 12 days since I first reported the issue. Is 12 days not enough? Do you really not have another recommendation for me? Should I just leave the site and go somewhere else? Looking for some honesty somewhere on this site. So far today a CS agent apparently lied directly to me (not okay) and you said I have no issues, which I clearly do. A little honestly would really be nice.

Correction: I reported it first for myself 10 days ago… although it’s been going on longer

Live betting disappears on college basketball. It will be up and then literally be wiped from the page.

@Mikey What am I misinterpreting? I’ve followed all of your steps and I can’t wager on the live game I’m watching and want to wager on. What do you recommend I do? I tried to talk to CS about it and they lied to my face. I tried to ask you about it and you said there is nothing wrong with my account. What should I do?

I’m afraid the issue can only be resolved once the technical support team is able to replicate it and locate the source.

@Maddie im not sure if I’m going crazy or just unclear. Can you answer my question. What should I do? When I tried to interpret @Mikey, he told me I was misinterpreting him. What do you recommend I do? Wait days/weeks and not play here until it’s resolved? Deposit and try to wager knowing the site isn’t working for me? I’m looking for a recommended action from you and the bovada team.
