There is nothing you can do. The issue can only be resolved once the technical support team is able to replicate it and locate the source. We cannot dictate what course of action you choose to take in light of this information.
Since they havenāt been able to replicate it for 12 days, do you have any indication when they might be able to detect it and fix it? @Maddie
Iām afraid there is no telling when they will be able to detect and fix the issue.
I donāt want to beat a dead horse but UCL and college bball live lines have either not loaded or are stale yet again as I type this. Very frustrating user experience lately and really affecting how I place my bets.

The lines are up and active. When we load the page they show up. Sometimes it stays, and sometimes it briefly appears then disappears. Thereās no rhyme or reason to this pattern, it just appears sometimes, and doesnāt other times. Youāve seen this same pattern a hundred times over the last week from a hundred different people @Mikey . Iām not saying youāre being disingenuous, but itās quite clear this happens often for everyone here. Why keep telling us the same inane solutions if they are not permanent? The only long term solution is convincing the Technical team that even though they cannot see this issue (something youāve said here a thousand times) that many of your customers are experiencing trouble? Itās weird now.
honestly itās been weird for a while. Like do you guys think we are just not telling you the truth? A hundred customers have told you thereās major issues. How is that not enough to convince the techincal team that what theyāre seeing is not what customers see? And what customers see is really all that should matter. You guys really think if staff can access it, then thereās nothing to be done? Who cares if you guys can see it, we are the ones using the site bro
this is not the issue dude. It completely disappears all active lines at times. And shows lines that have been done for half a day. This is consistent and daily. How are you not getting this?
Mikey, there are 11 CBB games right now and the site shows 3 live lines. I have also cleared my cache and history in my browser. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks

Yeah lines are active but then again you will see the old lines popping up man? Canāt you see the problem? Itās happening on the computer if you log in? The previous post or comment Iāve sent you is that log into a customer account you will see the issue. Weāve sent over 300 screen shots or reply this thread and yet you guys dont even help or see the issue? Itās like yall donāt even give a you know what.
As Iāve already stated your video was added to the ticket.
Youāre adding these tickets man but where is the results ? Whereās the IT department ? I bet you the dude creating these lines probably did some wrong coding or something man?

But this is the same thing thatās been happening for a while, so Iām hoping that the technical team, even tho they may not be able to see the issue themselves at times, can grasp the concept of all of us dealing with these issues, which seems more relevant since we do not have the same access that your moderators/CS have to this perfectly functioning site that you keep describing.
